We are currently seeking a talented Senior Accountant/ Senior Project Accountant who will join a well-established Construction and Development client of ours, who has been operating in the US for over 100 Years.

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Accountant/ Senior Project Accountant who will join a well-established Construction and Development client of ours, who has been operating in the US for over 100 Years.
Job Duties:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including job costing, WIP reports, AIA billing, and subcontractor payments.
- Assist with monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with project teams on invoice approvals and subcontractor communications.
- Provide support for year-end audit processes.
- Conduct weekly check runs for payables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of internal controls and experience with accounting software such as Oracle J.D. Edwards AS400 World and Autodesk Project Management Software is a plus.
