Job Description: Workday HRIS SME (Part-Time, 5-10 hours/week for 2-3 months)
Overview: We are looking for a Workday HRIS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist our implementation team and CB (Compensation & Benefits) team. This role is pivotal in vetting requirements and ensuring the seamless integration of the HRIS system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday HRIS implementations and will provide expert guidance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the implementation team and CB team to review and validate requirements for the HRIS system.
- Provide expert insights and recommendations based on previous Workday HRIS implementations to ensure optimal system configuration.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Identify potential challenges and risks in the implementation process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Offer guidance and support to ensure that the HRIS system aligns with organizational goals and HR strategies.
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to ensure the implementation process is on track and meeting objectives.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Workday HRIS systems, including participation in at least two full implementations.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and systems, with a focus on Workday HRIS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, managing priorities and delivering results within tight timelines.
