About the Role: A leading organization in Tech SaaS space is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the company. This role will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making and supporting long-term financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate financial results and projections.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting systems.
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within media, publishing, or technology sectors.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proven leadership experience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
