Fund Controller

Location: Washington, D.C
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash reconciliations and resolve fund expenses for designated funds.
• Manage the preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Reconcile accounting data from third-party administrators.
• Prepare and review NAV packages for approval.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for filings like Form PF and AIFMD.
• Conduct investor capital roll forward analytics.
• Support performance reporting and investor requests.
• Assist in audit and tax reporting.
• Communicate with internal teams and third-party administrators for reporting tasks.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Experience in similar environment required.
• CPA or CPA track preferred.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.
