Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the Founder. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, offering the opportunity to drive alignment across teams, manage high-priority projects, and contribute to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Track deliverables, follow-ups, and roadblocks across multiple initiatives.
- Manage a demanding schedule, attend meetings on behalf of the Founder, and report back with key insights.
- Act as a connector between internal teams and external partners, preparing agendas and coordinating follow-ups.
- Handle vendor coordination, contracts, dashboards, and financial processes like budgeting and invoicing.
- Implement tools and systems to streamline communication, task management, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in Operations.
- Proven success supporting senior leaders in both large enterprises and agile startups.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, project management platforms, and CRM/finance systems.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
