Accounting Manager-NetSuite
Mclean, VACordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager. This role will oversee the month-end close process, account reconciliations, and both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. The Accounting Manager will supervise two accounting staff and play a key role in financial reporting and inventory accounting.

- Manage and execute the month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee daily operations of AP and AR
- Prepare and review account reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain and improve inventory accounting processes
- Supervise, mentor, and develop two accounting team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with inventory accounting
- NetSuite experience is required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
