Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, concise updates to leadership.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope and budget.
- Work with team of 10 individuals to hit deadlines on time and on budget.
- Support change management and training efforts related to the ERP rollout.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 ERP implementations successfully delivered.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, etc.).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual collaboration tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- “Can do” attitude and ability to work with a driven client with expectations of deliverables.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
- Location: Remote (must reside in the United States)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Compensation: 85-90/hr.
