About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based contract role for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, concise updates to leadership.
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope and budget.
Work with team of 10 individuals to hit deadlines on time and on budget.
Support change management and training efforts related to the ERP rollout.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 ERP implementations successfully delivered.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, etc.).
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual collaboration tools.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
