Senior Manager – Financial Reporting & Accounting Washington, DC (Hybrid: 2 days in office)
$140,000 – $150,000 + 10% bonus + excellent benefits

What You’ll Do
Oversee financial reporting and corporate accounting for a complex, multi-entity environment.
Handle technical accounting areas such as investments, reserves, and expense accruals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management.
Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and light treasury functions.
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP.
What We’re Looking For
5 - 7+ years of relevant accounting experience (public/private mix ideal).
CPA strongly preferred
Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with complex accounting items.
Excellent communication, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
