Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Reports to: Director of Finance

Join a mission-driven nonprofit with ~ $20M+ annual budget, supporting impactful community programs. As FP&A Manager, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for leadership
- Support financial planning and modeling for new initiatives
- Collaborate with program and operations teams to optimize resource allocation
- Maintain and improve financial systems (Sage Intacct experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
