Washington, DCCordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has been engaged to support a ServiceTitan Implementation project and is searching for a ServiceTitan SME with hands-on experience to support this effort.
Title: ServiceTitan SME

Candidate will be responsible for:
- Experience with multiple ServiceTitan implementations
- Focus in strategic oversight and project management to help validation functional capabilities of ServiceTitan to client requirements
- Developing rollout approach and estimates of implementation timeline and resources
- Configuration experience strongly preferred
- Integration experience to Sage Intacct helpful preferred but not required
- Business process mapping of current processes
- Data conversion efforts
- Project planning meetings with members from finance, accounting, operations, and IT
- Providing insight on lessons learned to ease into successful conversion and adoption
- Work with end-users on change management and process changes to day-to-day responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate should have the following previous experience:
- 3+ years of ServiceTech implementation experience, including at least 1 implementations during that timeframe
- Experience working and implementing ServiceTech
- Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical users
- Ability to lead meetings and guide finance leadership through implementation process
- “Can do” attitude
