We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our team supporting the Transportation Geospatial Information System (TGIS) Contract for the United States Transportation Command Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site support two days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) at Scott AFB with remote work authorized on other days. Must have an active Secret clearance.

In this role you will:

• Monitor and optimize performance for TGIS production servers and databases across multiple environments including AWS and SIPRNet
• Perform system administration on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows platforms
• Implement and harden systems according to security guidelines and requirements
• Troubleshoot issues, outages, and other problems to restore service
• Manage operating system upgrades, resources, and configurations
• Assist with change management processes and risk assessments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years experience as a system administrator
• Active Secret security clearance
• DOD 8570-01M IAT Level II certification
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
