Senior Accountant-Intacct 16303242
Washington, DCCordia Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant for our non-profit client. If you are a dedicated professional with a strong background in accounting, bank reconciliations, and GL reclassifications, we want to hear from you.

- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for
- Conduct general ledger reclassifications as necessary to maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 of experience in accounting roles, with a focus on bank reconciliations and GL reclassifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
