Cordia Resources is seeking a Content Manager to oversee the planning, creation, publishing, and distribution of all digital content. Reporting to the COO, this role will be critical in developing a new interactive website, collaborating with the marketing and communications manager on promotional opportunities, and developing copy that resonates with targeted audiences.
The Content Manager will also be responsible for managing all digital messaging, implementing SEO strategies, and analyzing website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  1. Strategy & Planning • Develop a content calendar and publishing schedule • Create and execute content strategies across digital platforms • Devise quarterly plans and create measurable calls to action for email signatures.
  2. Content & Editorial • Develop high-quality content that increases web traffic and educates the target audience • Write, edit, publish, and oversee external and internal website content • Manage all digital messaging, including assets on sponsored sites, lead-nurturing content, and email campaigns.
  3. Optimization • Implement SEO strategies and best practices • Analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement • Optimize content for search engines, including metadata and headlines.
  4. Distribution & Promotion • Utilize email marketing and digital advertising to promote and distribute information • Increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement by posting regularly on social media • Create and oversee multimedia content and digital data visualization for distribution.
  5. Digital Products • Maintain our client’s portfolio of intellectual property (IP) assets • Work with the outsourced consultant on website build(s) using the adopted framework to guide content • Make edits directly via the CMS and liaise the IT Department for front-end web development modifications.
  6. Governance & Compliance • Manage company website and LinkedIn accounts and enforce digital content policies • Conduct web page audits to ensure website compliance • Serve as the primary point of contact for identifying and troubleshooting site performance issues.
  7. Performance Testing & Analysis • Test content and images for performance improvements • Analyze engagement metrics to assess content effectiveness and identify areas for optimization and growth • Track/evaluate messages for effectiveness across channels and make data-driven decisions to enhance impact.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations or equivalent field, 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, and 5+ years of digital content department experience.
The role requires proficiency with Microsoft 365 productivity apps and CMS, strong time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently from hybrid locations.
