Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to support a year-end reconciliation and financial reporting cleanup project. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead year-end reconciliation efforts, ensuring accuracy across all accounts.
• Review and clean up financial reports to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and processes.
• Provide recommendations for improving financial reporting and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar senior accounting role.
• Expertise in financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
• Experience in the non-profit industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) is a plus.
