Exciting high-growth $100MM PE backed technology company based in Charlottesville, VA (remote) seeks Accounting Manager. This role is part of a dynamic accounting team and reports directly to the Corporate Controller. The position manages two Senior Staff Accountants. Primary Responsibilities: 

Oversee staff and monthly G/L accounting operations and monthly close 

Assist with monthly financial statements and reporting to management/PE investors 

Oversee monthly revenue recognition 

Research relevant technical accounting issues and assist with implementation 

Assist with year-end audit and interface with external accounting firm 

 

Position Requirements: 

BS-Accounting or equivalent, CPA preferred  

Total experience 5-7 years with 2+ years public accounting 

Must have supervisory experience 

Requires experience researching technical accounting issues 

SAGE Intacct software a plus
