Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst

Location: Gainesville, VA (4 days on-site) 

Job Type: Long-term contract, (9-12 months)

Salary: $60-75/hr. conversion to $120-150k

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to help with scaling up our client's business from a process perspective and to be point on the software implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating acquired companies, working with third-party vendors, and change management. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience with companies that have scaled up. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver complex projects related to business process improvement, software implementation, and change management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring and controlling project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 10-20 years of experience in project management and business analysis
• Experience with software implementation and change management
• Strong experience with process improvement and process mapping
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
