Accounting Coordinator / Office Administrator - option to work remotely on Mon/Fri
This position is open due to growth and expanded responsibilities.  Reston-based professional services firm seeks an accounting/administrative professional to support the CFO and assist with special projects.  This position is a full-time, salaried position that offers a flexible work environment – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Accounting Coordinator duties include providing accounting support to the CFO in payroll processing, account analysis, bank reconciliations, ad hoc financial reporting.
Office Administrator duties include working with office leadership to promote the implementation of the firm and team initiatives and manage events and activities that have a major impact on the office.

Accounting Coordinator / Office Administrator Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in accounting or business degree with accounting coursework is required
  • 3+ years accounting and office management experience
  • NetSuite experience
  • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams skills
  • Payroll/payroll tax accounting set up experience
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and flexibility
  • Ability to recognize when change is needed and collaborate with leadership to gain support
