Candidate should be ok being the office in Metairie, LA 5 days per week.

Cordia resources by Cherry Bekaert is currently working with a $40 million services company that is searching for an AP Associate to focus on all vendor setup and payments work.
Candidate should be ok being the office in Metairie, LA 5 days per week.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Full cycle AP processing
- Vendor setup
- Assisting with the check run
- Data entry for invoices into Sage Intacct system
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years working in an AP capacity
- Ability to work without supervision in an accounting role
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, sum, formatting, etc.)
- ERP experience, ideally with Sage Intacct (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics work as well)
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal
- “Can do” attitude
