Our client, a nonprofit in Washington, DC is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst. This is a perm role with compensation in the range of $75,000 to $85,000. Hybrid work schedule with 1-2 days in office. Candidates must have fluency in the Spanish language, have federal grants experience, and nonprofit accounting experience.

**Need a degreed accountant and Bi-lingual Spanish speaker. Someone who has Federal Grants experience and non-profit accounting knowledge. A seasoned, 5–7-year person.

• BA / BS Accounting
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker - Fluency in the Spanish language and knowledge of Hispanic business culture
• 5-7 years of non-profit experience
• Federal Grants experience
• Strong Excel, QuickBooks
