Cordia Resources is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant with QuickBooks experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to leverage QuickBooks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ensure proper categorization and classification of transactions.
Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.
Manage customer invoicing and monitor accounts receivable aging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant with a focus on QuickBooks.
Proficient in QuickBooks software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
