Cordia Resources is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant with QuickBooks experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to leverage QuickBooks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensure proper categorization and classification of transactions.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
  • Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.
  • Manage customer invoicing and monitor accounts receivable aging.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant with a focus on QuickBooks.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
