Washington, DCCordia Resources is seeking a Staff Accountant ideally with Yardi and/or real estate experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to leverage Yardi to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Will support the contract transfer from Excel to Yardi.
- Will help reconcile and resolve data issues.
- Reconciliations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant with a focus on Yardi.
- Proficient in Yardi software preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
