Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator with hands on experience and in-depth understanding in various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, to join us. This role will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. This role also requires strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams in a continuously evolving environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the adaptation of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Setup and tailor the ERP system to meet specific organizational needs and workflows.
- Maintenance of the ERP system to ensure the smooth operation to optimize business
- processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of ERP data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting user adoption and proficiency in utilizing the ERP system.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and privileges within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches.
- Provide on-call support as needed for critical system issues.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Oracle Fusion.
- Working knowledge on Fusion modules like, AP, AR, Project management and maintenance, General accounting, Procurement, Inventory management, contract management and Intercompany accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience of Oracle Cloud ERP
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively train and support end-users.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to configure and customize the ERP system to meet business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
