Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator
Salary: 140K Plus bonus 
Environment: **HYBRID 3 days per week in office - Arlington, VA 


Our client is a global renewable energy company, who is a one-stop-shop for renewable energy projects, managing the full lifecycle of solar and wind energy generation projects, from the planning and construction stages through their operational phase.
 
About the role: 
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator with hands on experience and in-depth understanding in various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, to join us. This role will be part of a growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. This role also requires strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams in a continuously evolving environment.   
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the adaptation of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives. 
  • Setup and tailor the ERP system to meet specific organizational needs and workflows. 
  • Maintenance of the ERP system to ensure the smooth operation to optimize business  
  • processes and drive operational efficiency. 
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of ERP data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Provide training and support to end-users, promoting user adoption and proficiency in utilizing the ERP system. 
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and privileges within Oracle Fusion applications. 
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
  • Collaborate with IT staff to ensure seamless integration of applications. 
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches. 
  • Provide on-call support as needed for critical system issues. 
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Oracle Fusion. 
Requirements: 
  • Working knowledge on Fusion modules like, AP, AR, Project management and maintenance, General accounting, Procurement, Inventory management, contract management and Intercompany accounting. 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • 5+ years of experience of Oracle Cloud ERP 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud services is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively train and support end-users. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proven ability to configure and customize the ERP system to meet business requirements. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve system issues. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
