Title: Invoicing Specialist
Location: On-Site - Bethesda, MD
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
Job Type: Contract (3 weeks)

Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices accurately and timely.
• Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary billing information.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.
• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an invoicing specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.
