Company and Position Overview:

• This a new position is open due to growth, and they are focusing on growing their Professional Services division.   
• This reports to a Fantastic Director that I know personally. Awesome person to work with!
• 100% remote for this position but heavily prefer a DC metro-based candidate for occasional meetings and most of the Federal business is local to this area.  HQ is in Reston.
• They are PE backed, and the Government Solutions firm is ~$150M and are the Federal arm of their parent company an ~$3B company.
• They need someone who is seasons has established relationships and preferably GWAC experience to grow their Professional Services division. 
• Someone with DOD and FedCiv relationships is ideal.
• This joins a team of three others in the BD/Capture function.
• The candidate will be someone who identifies opportunities to the build the pipeline, in charge of the Bid/No bid evaluation, establish relationships, and must have Government Contracting experience.
• They work with DOD, IRS, DOJ, DHS, and want to expand on these and get into others.
• They want someone excited and motivated to grow this division and be an integral part of this exciting time/team for this company.
