Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is currently searching for candidates interested in working on Sage Implementations as a Sage SME! Candidates can have experience in Intacct, X3, or other Sage products based on their background.

Candidate will be responsible for working with PMs and end clients to support successful Sage implementations through innovative software solutions.

In addition, candidates will be responsible for:

Working with implementation team to configure and implement Sage software using past experience and methodology to deliver successful software implementation for end-clients
Collaborate with client, requirements gathering, designing solution, configuration, testing, and post-implementation training/troubleshooting
Experience with data cleansing and data migration is extremely helpful as well
Using past performance to make recommendations to implementation team and client about lessons learned
Developing implementation project planning and deploying on timeline and on-budget
Ability to conduct end-user training for both technical and non-technical users
Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate to ERP system functionality
Business process mapping of current standards into Sage system limitations and requirements
Designing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership
Coaching, mentoring, and leading others on team as needed

Candidates should have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, IST, or similar degree program
8+ years of ERP experience, including at least 2 Sage implementations
Proficiency with multiple other software systems to include but not limited to: CRM systems and bolt-on products
Experience developing reporting based off of business requirements
Ability to work well as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
