Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Tysons Corner, VA
Work Schedule: 4 days in office (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 plus incentives
This is a confidential position offering significant growth opportunities beyond traditional payroll responsibilities. They are looking for a professional who can start with payroll management and gradually take on new challenges such as equity accounting and general ledger (G/L) management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for over 500 employees across the US and Canada
- Utilize ADP for payroll processing
- Manage equity transactions using Fidelity Investments' equity platform
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for general ledger tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Take initiative and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- 3-4 years of corporate payroll experience, ideally
- Proficiency in ADP payroll systems
- Canadian payroll experience is highly preferred
- Experience in the SaaS or tech industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong soft skills and the ability to manage heavy transactions
