Role Overview

The Epic Staffing Partner will work to grow the company’s profits through attracting and qualifying new candidates with the goal of increasing the profitability of existing clients. Candidate must have a background placing experienced Epic professionals in consulting and/or permanent roles. This position requires a proven ability to develop strong, trusting relationships and to provide qualified candidates and place them in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Candidates must have a high level of integrity, self-discipline and interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
 
Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy (sourcing, marketing, messaging) for every job requisition assigned
  • Conduct thorough interviews (prescreens), interview preps and interview debriefs with all candidates in the process
  • Create high-quality candidate packaging in-order-to present them in the best light (resume, cover letter, references, thank you notes, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Maintain a high-level of candidate engagement and management
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • and beyond
  • Work cohesively with Sales to provide the highest level of value to meet candidate and clients’ needs
  • Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the industry and company to be a reliable source of information to the healthcare professionals you are in contact with
  • Maintain current and accurate information throughout the recruiting process in the company’s CRM system
  • Have a team-based mentality
  • Consistently strive to exceed target metrics for key performance areas
  • Support and embrace the recruiting and sales process by building strong relationships within the sales and recruiting teams
  • Become a subject matter expert with the evolving healthcare IT industry
Experience Required
  • 3+ years of success-proven full cycle recruiting experience (HIT experience preferred)
  • Experience placing Epic professionals in consulting and/or permanent roles
