We are seeking a Deputy Director of Finance to serve as a key member of our Chief Financial Officer’s team. The Deputy Director of Finance will bring a passion for organizational excellence in multiple financial and administrative roles. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will help facilitate improvement and change.
The Deputy Director of Finance will play a key role in financial reporting, budget review, and tracking of project funding. Other areas of responsibility may include business continuity planning, computer network oversight, human resources, insurance, and contracting. This position will also entail ad hoc initiatives and projects as needs arise.
Additional responsibilities include: serving as a liaison between the Chief Financial Officer and staff; handling questions, concerns, issues, and requests on the Chief Financial Officer’s behalf; monitoring organizational performance and compliance. By providing oversight, and feedback, to the Chief Financial Officer, the Deputy Director of Finance will play an important role in identifying and implementing solutions to improve and promote a strong organizational culture.
