- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with the functional team to design and develop solutions.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and its associated applications.
- Create and manage workflows to streamline processes.
- Configure and enhance core and custom applications.
- Resolve end-user support issues.
- Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance.
- Develop system integrations and automate processes.
- Configure various ServiceNow components, such as Business Rules, UI Policies, and more.
- Lead platform and application upgrades.
- Manage data transfer between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Create reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Effective oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and inquisitive mindset.
- US Citizenship.
- Successful federal background check and eligibility for continued access authorizations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience in implementing and customizing enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating enterprise software systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow update sets and production deployment.
- Technical acumen for designing and building business-oriented applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the government sector (local, state, or federal).
- ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer certifications.
- Familiarity with configuring ServiceNow Discovery.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification.
