Cordia Resources is looking for a talented Financial Reporting Accounting Manager to oversee our financial reporting processes, including SEC reporting (10-K and 10-Q filings), monthly reconciliation review, quarterly reporting, SOX controls, and revenue recognition and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file accurate and timely SEC reports, including 10-K and 10-Q filings.
Conduct monthly reconciliation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Manage quarterly reporting processes, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
Implement and maintain SOX controls related to financial reporting and disclosure.
Oversee revenue recognition and reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit activities.
Stay current with changes in accounting standards, SEC regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit roles.
Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, including 10-K and 10-Q filings.
Experience with monthly reconciliation review, quarterly reporting, SOX controls, and revenue recognition.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
