Role Overview
As the Sr. Anaplan Model Builder & Operations Owner, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop Anaplan models that align with the business and financial objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and effectively communicate model design and delivery
- Continuously improving and optimizing Anaplan models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Designing and developing new Anaplan models, defining relationships, hierarchies, and dimensions
- Performing complex calculations, formulas, and logic within Anaplan for forecasting and analysis
- Ensuring data accuracy through integration and transformation processes
- Thoroughly testing models and resolving any data inconsistencies
- Creating documentation for models including mappings, assumptions, and rules
- Training users on Anaplan models and providing ongoing support
- Keeping updated on the latest Anaplan features and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- In-depth understanding of FP&A methodologies
- Hands-on experience building and managing Anaplan models
- Anaplan certification and expertise highly desired
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with data integration and transformation
- Passion for continuous learning
