- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Utilize Sage Intacct to input and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Leverage Sage Intacct software to optimize accounts payable workflows.
- Provide training and support to team members on Sage Intacct functionalities.
- Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct software is required.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
