Senior Accountant ($90k-$110k + Bonus)

They are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join their finance team. Your Role:

• Record and manage equity compensation, including stock options, restricted stock units, and employee share purchase plans.
• Handle accounting for global payroll and equity transactions.
• Collaborate with HR and Equity teams to resolve complex equity transactions.
• Ensure accurate general ledger accounting and reconciliation of all payroll-related activities.
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, including accruals for bonuses, retention, and commissions.
• Oversee routine payroll accounting and related accruals.
• Reconcile compensation and benefits-related balance sheet accounts.
• Coordinate with international accountants on local compensation and equity matters.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including journal entries and reconciliation.
• Uphold compliance with key SOX controls and support external audits.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
• CPA certification (preferred).
