Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front line for membership, processing payments from chapters, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Utilize database systems such as iMIS, CRM, Salesforce, etc., to manage membership information effectively.
- Address and resolve any concerns or inquiries related to membership payments, applying payments accurately, and providing detailed explanations to members.
- Take on recurring tasks from the Director of Membership, elevating the role beyond a typical processor.
- Submit new membership applications and manage the online membership process.
- Assist in the transition from a legacy system to the iMIS database by fall.
- Previous experience using databases, particularly iMIS, CRM, Salesforce, etc.
- Financial literacy, with experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable is acceptable.
- Strong customer service skills and a pleasant personality.
- Previous experience in membership management is a plus.
- Ability to handle a dynamic workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
