Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a leading financial services firm in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area to bring some functions formerly outsourced to in-house.

This company is searching for an Expense Report Processor:

• Experience using Expensify, Concur, or similar Expense Report processing software to input or approve expenses for yourself or a third-party
• Running reports on expense report process system
• Emailing individuals throughout the firm on expense policies and procedures
• Approving or disapproving expenses based on expense report policies and procedures
• Working within Excel to use pivot tables to manipulate data
• Walking new hires through expense report process procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Candidates should have the following experience:

• 1+ year of Expense Report Processing or Input experience
• Experience with Concur or Expensify is preferred but not required
• Good Excel background to include simple formulas and pivot tables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and hold steadfast on expense report policies
• “Can do” attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks
