Our client is seeking a proactive, results-driven individual who can effectively drive initiatives forward while supporting the HR team’s daily operations and serving as a reliable partner to the Director of Talent & Engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to interpret goals from multiple sources, and experience in administering HR policies, programs, and initiatives in areas such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, onboarding, performance, and compliance.

• A demonstrable track record of driving HR processes that align with core business values.
