Role Overview: As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while also delighting our customers. This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into our product, understand its nuances, and influence its evolution by directly interfacing with our users. You'll split your time equally between managing product delivery and interfacing with customers to gather insights and provide top-tier support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Quality Assurance:

    • Dive deep into the product to understand changes and anticipate testing needs.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify which features require thorough testing.
    • Utilize your knowledge of Ruby and Angular to develop and execute test plans for our mobile app.
    • Employ SQL to perform data validation and ensure product integrity.
  • Customer Service:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
    • Gather customer feedback and work closely with product teams to incorporate insights into product development.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Delivery Management:

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and rollout.
    • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
    • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery processes and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a delivery management or QA role within a tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development, particularly in Ruby and Angular frameworks.
  • Experience with mobile app testing and an interest in technology and innovation.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive "figure this out" attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with customers.
