Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL (100% On-Site)

Job Overview: Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnering with a large organization in the Tallahassee, FL area to find a dedicated Business Analyst. This role involves working on a technology transformation project, requiring the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for business processes and technology implementations.
• Analyze current operations to identify opportunities for automation.
• Assist in redesigning business processes to enhance efficiency.
• Document business processes and help design solutions for new technology implementations.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate communication and understanding.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Proven experience as a liaison between business units and IT to provide technical solutions.
• Expertise in analyzing business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for automation.
• Experience in business process redesign and documentation for new technology implementations.
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes effectively.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Preferred:

• Ability to work on-site in Tallahassee, FL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft .NET programming.
• Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, .NET, Azure, and Power BI.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $55-$60/hr.
