The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance within the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record in inventory management, budgeting, management reporting, and cash flow forecasting. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to guide and develop our financial team.

Title: Director of Finance
Location: Hybrid - Farmville, VA
Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Manage and optimize cash flow to support business growth and sustainability.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and technical accounting practices.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to drive business decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• 12-15 years of related experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience in inventory management, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, with proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
