Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all accounting records are precise and up-to-date.
- Assist with month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and forecasts.
- Perform various financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience; experience in multiple industries is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Ability to work across different industries and quickly adapt to new challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with team members and management.
