Due to internal growth, Cordia Resources is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team in the DC Metro area. We are looking for a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities for this growing organization.
Sales Responsibilities:
Sourcing and qualifying clients, identifying decision makers, establishing client relationships
Completing company and department profiles/org charts,
Building relationships with internal recruiters, marketing candidates,
Identifying cross-selling opportunities
Scheduling client visits
Meeting with potential clients and solution selling the services and business lines Cordia offers
Manage territory effectively; maintain current competitor/ market knowledge.
Ensure company policy, as well as federal and state employment law compliance.
Qualifications:
At least three (3) years of experience in a sales setting
At least one (1) year experience in a recruiting agency setting
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business, or comparable major
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Detail oriented
Ability to work well with others as well as independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
