What You’ll Be Doing:

• Traveling to operational sites across the U.S. to support finance integration, performance analysis, and strategic planning
• Building and refining financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools
• Partnering with regional and site-level leaders to assess job profitability, labor and materials costs, and operational KPIs
• Providing real-time insights that inform leadership decision-making during a period of rapid expansion and acquisition
• Acting as a key financial liaison between field operations and the corporate office

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 80% travel expected (weekly travel to field offices, warehouses, and job sites)
• Flexibility and comfort working in fast-paced, non-corporate environments

You’re a Fit If You:

• Bring 5+ years of FP&A or financial consulting experience
• Have supported industries like construction, field services, logistics, or infrastructure
• Are skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
• Are proactive, self-sufficient, and adaptable to evolving operational priorities
• Have worked in a PE-backed company or supported M&A/integration efforts
• Are available for an immediate or near-term start
