Senior Corporate Accountant
Arlington, VACordia Resources' client is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing complex accounting processes and supporting the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial information.

- Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Perform and oversee complex account reconciliations.
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- CPA designation is a plus.
- Public accounting experience is a plus.
- Experience with Yardi or MIP software preferred.
- Strong technical accounting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
