As FP&A Manager for Product & Technology, you’ll play a critical role in guiding investment decisions for software development, technology initiatives, and product innovation. What You’ll Do
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning for technology and product teams
• Develop financial models to inform product roadmaps, technology investments, and long-range planning
• Deliver monthly reporting packages with KPIs and performance insights
• Partner with Accounting on accruals, capitalization entries, and month-end close
• Monitor technology spending, CapEx, and vendor costs to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Analyze profitability and pricing across products and services
• Build business cases and strategic models for new investments using IRR, NPV, ROI, and payback methodologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial decisions with business objectives and lead process improvements
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or product/technology finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; experience with automation and BI tools a plus
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of cost capitalization and software development accounting preferred
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and driving continuous improvement
