Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: McLean, VA (4–5 days/week in office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $140K–$165K base + bonus

A high-growth company is seeking experienced FP&A Managers to impact finance operations across the firm. This organization is recognized for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaborative culture, and is experiencing strong revenue growth.
Role Overview:
As an FP&A Manager, you will serve as a key financial partner to business leaders, driving financial discipline, strategic planning, and actionable insights across the organization. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and play a pivotal role in supporting decision-making for your assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary Finance business partner for assigned teams, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic decisions
  • Lead development of annual budgets, long-range strategic plans, and monthly forecasts, including headcount and operating expense analysis
  • Collaborate with business technology, recruiting, and HR teams to drive efficiencies in workforce planning and internal software spend
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes to enhance visibility into financial forecasts and performance
  • Drive special projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support new products, marketing initiatives, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare presentations and analysis for senior Finance leadership and executive team
  • Utilize Anaplan (or similar tools such as Adaptive Insights), Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for advanced financial modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a business partnering environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in Anaplan or similar planning software is highly preferred
  • High comfort level operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments with a bias toward execution and results
