Billing Administrative Specialist (Manufacturing Industry)

Cordia Resources is seeking a Billing and Administrative Specialist. This role is critical in supporting billing operations and administrative functions while assisting with inventory data entry to address a current backlog.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update inventory information accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with clearing backlog of inventory data
  • Support billing processes, including invoice preparation and review
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems a plus
