Cordia Resources is seeking a Billing and Administrative Specialist. This role is critical in supporting billing operations and administrative functions while assisting with inventory data entry to address a current backlog.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update inventory information accurately and efficiently
- Assist with clearing backlog of inventory data
- Support billing processes, including invoice preparation and review
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems a plus
