Cordia Resources is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage bi-weekly payroll for approximately 350 employees. Role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing during a leave coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams as needed.
Qualifications
Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Virginia Retirement System (VRS) is a plus.
Proven ability to manage payroll independently.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Must be available to work regular daytime hours on-site in Manassas.
