Key Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly and quarterly accounting close processes
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare loan draws for development portfolio
- Manage routine accounting functions including journal entries for revenue, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, and debt transactions
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to deliver ad-hoc accounting reports
- Serve as a liaison with external auditors, lenders, and vendors
- Support the preparation of cash forecasts to assess short- and long-term liquidity needs
- 1–2 years of experience in external audit or general ledger accounting within a for-profit organization
- CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred
- Industry experience in renewable energy, construction, or real estate is a plus
- Familiarity with technical accounting topics and intercompany consolidation activities
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, treasury, operations, and legal teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
