Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in government contracting. This role will play a key part in supporting the accounting function, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Lead and support month-end close processes.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Support DCAA audits and incurred cost submissions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Government contracting experience.
Preferred:
Experience with Costpoint accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and FAR/DFARS compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
