Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Systems Analyst for a direct hire opportunity based in Washington, DC.

Summary

The Systems Analyst acts as a strategic and technical liaison between Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders. This role supports and enhances financial systems (e.g., time & billing, general ledger, reporting), ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and successful integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and first-line support for financial systems (time entry, billing, GL, AP, reporting).
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage system configurations, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support implementation of new tools/modules and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Assist with integrations across platforms (HRIS, DMS, BI tools).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a systems/business analyst supporting financial systems (law firm/professional services experience preferred).
• Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp Time, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (billing, GL, reporting).
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integrations.
